FAQs
Why should I use your service instead of the official government website?
While you can apply on the official government portal, it is strictly DIY (Do-It-Yourself). If you make a minor typo, upload an incorrectly sized photo, or if the payment gateway fails, your visa will be delayed or denied without a refund. We act as your safety net. We manually check your documents, format your photos to meet strict immigration standards, guarantee the processing time, and provide 24/7 WhatsApp support to answer any questions.
What exact documents do you need from me?
We keep it incredibly simple. We only need two things:
A clear, glare-free photo of your Passport Data Page (must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date).
A recent Portrait Photo (looking straight at the camera, no glasses, plain background). You don’t need to fill out complex forms; our team will extract the data and do the heavy lifting for you.
How does the "Emergency" (4-8 Hours) processing work?
If you are boarding a flight soon and realized you don’t have a visa, our Emergency tier utilizes a fast-track channel with the Immigration Department. Please note that the 4-8 hours timeframe applies to Vietnam Business Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, GMT+7). If you apply on a weekend or late at night, your visa will be prioritized first thing the next working morning. For immediate assistance outside business hours, always reach out to our WhatsApp hotline.
Can I use this E-Visa to enter Vietnam by bus or cruise ship?
Yes, absolutely. The Vietnam E-Visa is valid for entry at 42 international checkpoints. This includes all major international airports (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, etc.), land border crossings (from Laos, Cambodia, China), and major seaports.
What happens if there is an error on my E-Visa?
If the error was made by our team during the application process, we will take full responsibility and process a new, corrected E-Visa for you immediately at zero additional cost.
Do I need to print the E-Visa, or can I just show it on my phone?
You must print it out. While some modern airports might accept a digital copy, Vietnamese Immigration Officers heavily prefer a printed, physical A4 copy of your E-Visa to stamp alongside your passport. Printing it in advance will save you a lot of time and hassle at the immigration counter.
