Ban Gioc Waterfall 2 Days 1 Night Private Tour
Day 1: Hanoi - Lang Son - Dong Khe - Quang An - Ban Gioc Waterfall
Between 6:30 and 6:40 AM, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi. Depart for Bản Giốc Waterfall, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Vietnam and among the top 10 in the world, located on the Vietnam-China border. Travel through the scenic Hanoi-Lang Son highway, where you’ll pass by charming rural villages and majestic limestone mountains. Along the way, our luxury limousine van will stop at several viewpoints so you can enjoy the scenery and take pictures.
After arriving in Dong Khe district, Cao Bằng province, continue along the national road that runs parallel to the China border, passing through local villages and vast sugarcane farms. You'll stop to learn about the daily life of local farmers. Arrive in Quang An town around 1:00 PM for lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, head towards Bản Giốc Waterfall. On the way, visit Khuoi KY, a famous traditional stone house village located just 2 km from the waterfall. Check into your homestay and relax before continuing the journey.
As you approach Bản Giốc Waterfall, you’ll be able to see the spectacular falls from the main road. Enter the park and take a guided walk to the base of the waterfall. Enjoy a sampan boat ride that takes you close to the falls, allowing you to fully appreciate their beauty. After spending about an hour or more at the waterfall, return to the homestay for dinner, relaxation, and a fun “happy water” party.
Day 2: Khuoi Ky - Nguom Ngao Cave - Ban Gioc Pagoda - Quang Hoa - Hanoi
Start your day with breakfast at the homestay at 7:30 AM. At 8:30 AM, visit Nguom Ngao Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in northeastern Vietnam. Spend 1.5 hours exploring the stunning stalactites and stalagmites inside the cave. This natural wonder is truly an unforgettable experience.
At 9:45 AM, return to your accommodation for check-out, then visit Bản Giốc Pagoda. Hike 300 steps to the top, where you'll enjoy panoramic views of Bản Giốc Waterfall and the surrounding landscape, including the Vietnam-China border. Learn about the history and significance of this spiritual site.
By 11:00 AM, depart for Hanoi. Along the way, you’ll stop to visit local villages and take in the picturesque scenery. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant around 12:30 PM before continuing the drive back through Lang Son and onto the highway to Hanoi.
You’ll arrive in Hanoi between 6:30 and 7:00 PM, concluding your memorable journey.
