Secure Online Payment Gateway
We accept debit and credit card payments through a secure online payment gateway.
Our company utilizes the 9Pay payment gateway, which connects directly to our bank account. This method is highly recommended for its speed, safety, and convenience. With 9Pay (9pay.vn), we can securely process online payments using both debit and credit cards.
You can use your card to make a deposit via the online link sent by our travel consultant.

Bank Transfers
Bank transfers can be done at any branch of your bank or through your online banking service. Payments can be made directly to our bank account.

PayPal
We can send you a PayPal invoice via your email address. However, this option is not recommended due to high fees (approximately 8%).
Note: PayPal may require 2-3 working days to review and complete your transaction.

Cash
Cash payments are accepted for in-person bookings at our office.
We accept payments in cash (USD/AUD/EUR/VND) or by credit card (a 3% service fee applies).

Payment Schedule

• Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of your tour. For bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Currency
All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars). Payments can be made in USD or VND (Vietnamese Dong) at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of payment.

Confirmation
Upon receiving your deposit, we will send you a confirmation email with your booking details and payment receipt.
Final payment confirmation will be sent once the full payment is received.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:

More than 30 days before the tour start date: Deposit only

15-30 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost

Less than 15 days before the tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost

• Cancellation by Vietnam Creative Travel: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

Changes to Bookings

Any changes to bookings must be made in writing and may be subject to availability and additional charges.
We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide confirmation of any changes.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
