After breakfast, begin your exploration of Ho Chi Minh City.
Visit the Jade Emperor Pagoda, one of the most fascinating temples in the city. Continue to Cholon, the Chinatown district of Saigon where you will see Phuoc An Pagoda, Hoi Quan Pagoda and Quan Am Pagoda.
Enjoy a cyclo tour through the busy streets before visiting Ben Thanh Market where you can shop for local handicrafts and souvenirs.
In the evening, enjoy a dinner cruise along the Saigon River with traditional Vietnamese music and beautiful city views.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
After breakfast, travel to Cu Chi Province where you will participate in a Vietnamese cooking class.
Visit a traditional Vietnamese herb garden and learn about local ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. Under the guidance of a chef, you will prepare several traditional dishes and enjoy your creations for lunch.
Later, visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground network used during the Vietnam War.
Explore the tunnels and learn about the ingenious survival strategies used during wartime.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon.
After breakfast, travel to Vinh Long in the Mekong Delta.
Take a boat cruise to the Cai Be floating market where traders sell fresh fruits and local products directly from their boats.

Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon.
