Welcome to Vietnam Creative Travel. By booking a trip with us, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed below. Please read them carefully to ensure that you understand your rights and obligations.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

We offer different payment terms depending on the type of tour you choose:

For Group Tours (Daily & Package Tours):

• Full Payment: You are required to pay 100% of the total tour cost at the time of booking to secure your seat.
• Instant Confirmation: Once payment is received, your booking is instantly confirmed, and a voucher will be sent to your email.

For Private Tours:

• Deposit: A small deposit of $20 USD is required to secure your reservation and guide.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance can be paid comfortably upon your arrival in Vietnam (Cash/Card) or on the day of the tour.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while covering our operational costs.

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 7 days prior to departure: Full refund (0% fee).

• 3 to 7 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour price.

• Less than 3 days (48 hours) or No-Show: 100% of the total tour price.

• Note: For luxury cruises or flight tickets, specific cancellation policies may apply depending on the provider. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Vietnam Creative Travel

• We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, storms in Halong Bay, government restrictions).

• In such cases, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of all payments made. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you (e.g., international flights, visa fees).

3. Children Policy

• Under 4 years old: Free of charge (sharing bed/seat with parents).

• From 5 to 9 years old: Charged at 75% of the adult price.

• From 10 years old and above: Charged as an adult.

4. Liability & Insurance

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.

• Responsibility: Vietnam Creative Travel acts as an intermediary between the client and local service providers (hotels, boats, transport). We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Passport & Visas

• Clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining.

• It is the client’s responsibility to obtain a valid Visa for Vietnam before arrival. We can support you with Visa invitation letters upon request.

6. Unused Services

• No refunds or exchanges can be made for accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, or any other services included in the tour price but not utilized by the tour member.
