07:00 AM – Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Depart for Pu Luong Nature Reserve by limousine bus, enjoying a scenic 4-hour drive through lush mountain landscapes. A short rest stop en route offers time for coffee or stretching your legs.

12:00 PM – Arrive in Pu Luong. Savor lunch at a local restaurant surrounded by verdant rice terraces, then check in to your cozy lodge or homestay.
01:30 PM – Begin a 10km trek into the heart of Pu Luong. Follow winding jungle paths and stream crossings toward Kho Muong Village, one of the most secluded Thai ethnic settlements. Visit Bat Cave, a natural marvel hidden deep in the limestone valley, and learn about traditional stilt houses and local life.
Continue hiking to Bang Village, surrounded by magnificent rice terraces. Capture sweeping views of the mountains and village life.

05:00 PM – Return to your lodge and unwind with free time.
07:00 PM – Enjoy dinner featuring local specialties. Optionally, join a cooking class or relax with a herbal foot soak while stargazing in the tranquil night atmosphere of Pu Luong.

Morning – Trek Across Hidden Villages
09:00 AM – After breakfast, begin a 5km trek from Don Village, the cultural heart of Pu Luong. Pass through rice terraces and small streams toward Quan Village and Uoi Village, two pristine hamlets untouched by mass tourism.
Continue to Lan Village, famous for its last remaining Thai weavers. Visit local houses to observe traditional brocade weaving techniques and learn how natural dyes are used to create beautiful fabrics.

Trek through forest paths to Long Village, home to the well-known Co Lung duck farms, a local specialty recognized for high quality. Learn about the sustainable way locals raise ducks in natural water channels.
Transfer by car or bicycle (6km) to Hieu Village, home to Pu Luong’s most famous waterfall.
12:30 PM – Enjoy lunch beside Hieu Waterfall, where the gentle sound of cascading water creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
After lunch, swim in the waterfall’s clear pools or explore the upper stream to meet local families living along the hillsides.

Return to the lodge along scenic trails or enjoy a relaxed bike ride through peaceful hamlets.
04:30 PM – Back to the lodge. Take a herbal foot bath or join happy hour before dinner.

08:45 AM – Depart for Ban Cong Village and cross a small suspension bridge leading to riverside settlements. Witness giant wooden water wheels, an ingenious traditional system used for irrigation by Thai farmers.
Enjoy a bamboo rafting trip along the calm river, guided by local paddlers – a serene and scenic way to experience rural Pu Luong.

10:00 AM – Complete a short 2km loop trek through golden rice fields and bamboo groves back to the main road.
11:30 AM – Check out and enjoy a farewell lunch with your hosts, celebrating a memorable adventure in the nature reserve.

01:00 PM – Depart for Hanoi. Relax on the scenic 4-hour journey.
06:30 PM – Arrive at your hotel. End of tour.
