Your local guide will pick you up from your hotel in the Ba Be area or meet you at the Ba Be office in Bo Lu village before starting the day’s adventure in Ba Be National Park.

08:00 – 08:30
A motor tour will take you to Boc Lom Pier. Upon arrival, you will receive instructions on how to paddle a kayak. Dry bags, sports equipment, and life jackets will be provided before starting the activity.

08:30 – 12:00
Kayaking along the riverside is one of the most enjoyable experiences in Ba Be. You will paddle downstream on the Nang River, explore the impressive Puong Cave, and continue to Dau Dang Waterfall.
Total kayaking distance is approximately 11 km.

Afternoon (Estimated Time)

12:00 – 13:00
Lunch at a local riverside village restaurant, where you can relax and enjoy traditional dishes after the kayaking experience.

13:00 – 14:00
After lunch, you will cross the Nang River and begin trekking through steep terrain with many cat ear limestone cliffs. The forest is very dense with tall trees.

14:00 – 15:30
As you climb higher, the landscape gradually opens up, offering beautiful mountain views. You will stop at a Hmong ethnic minority village before continuing toward the border area of Tuyen Quang province.

15:30 – 17:30
Continue trekking for more than 4 km to reach the village of the Dao ethnic people, where you will stay overnight at a local homestay.

Dinner and overnight stay at the Dao ethnic village. In the evening, you will enjoy the warm hospitality of your hosts and experience happy water, ending a full day of adventure in Ba Be National Park.

After a simple breakfast at the homestay, say goodbye to your host family. You then begin trekking along small trails in the buffer zone of Ba Be National Park.

08:00 – 10:00
The trail gradually descends through the mountains. Along the way, you will see ethnic villagers working in cornfields and terraced farms, offering a glimpse into daily life in the highlands.

10:00 – 11:00
You may stop at a remote highland school, where secondary students of different grades study together in a single classroom — a unique and meaningful cultural experience.

11:00 – 12:00
Continue trekking deeper into bamboo forests, with cooler air and shaded paths as you head toward the lowlands near Ba Be Lake. Tour ends in Ba Be Lake.
