As you walk toward Dong Ba Market, you will cross Truong Tien Bridge, a beautiful and historic bridge spanning the Perfume River. This bridge has long been a cultural symbol of Hue and offers a great introduction to the city’s charm.

At Dong Ba Market, the busiest market in Hue, you will experience the daily rhythm of local life. Walk through colorful stalls selling fresh vegetables, herbs, spices, seafood, and meats. Your guide will introduce the key ingredients used in Hue’s specialty dishes and explain how locals select and prepare their food.

You will also have the chance to taste local snacks, sample seasonal fruits, and shop for small souvenirs before continuing the culinary journey.

After the market visit, continue walking to several local food shops and family-run eateries, where you will sit down and enjoy Hue’s most famous dishes. Each stop offers a different specialty, allowing you to taste the true diversity of Hue cuisine.
