• Ages 1-5: 40% of adult price (covers train/flight tickets).
• Ages 6-8: 75% of adult price (includes train/flight tickets and a bed).

4. Best Travel Time

• The ideal season to visit Vietnam is October to May (Winter/Spring).

5. Trip Extensions

• Trip extensions in cities (e.g., Hue, Nha Trang, Sapa) or even to Cambodia are possible.

7. Train to Flight Upgrade

8. Visa Requirements

• Visa Approval Letter is needed, along with a 45 USD single-entry or 60 USD multiple-entry stamp fee (payable in cash) and two photos (4x6 cm).

9. Flight Tickets

• International flights are not included in tour packages; book these independently.
• Domestic and inter-country flights (e.g., Hanoi to Luang Prabang) are included.

10. Solo Travelers

• Single travelers pay a supplement fee (40-60% of twin sharing cost); sharing options aren’t available.

11. Check-In/Check-Out Times

• Check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:30 AM; additional fees for early/late check-in.

12. Vietnamese New Year (Tet Holiday)

• Tet Holiday (late January/early February) sees higher prices and limited services. Traveling outside this period is recommended for better service and rates.
